| The II International Conference “E-Learning for a Changing World: The New Role of Electronic and Interactive Design” was held on November 3-4, 2011 at the European Humanities University (EHU). The conference brought together over 55 researchers in the field of online education in Belarus, Great Britain, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, USA and Ukraine.
